Review: Our stay at Teach PTY has been very rewarding. Jose planned a program linked to our associative project about turtles protection and environmental awareness. We had the opportunity to give english lessons to the children of Teach PTY but also in the surrounding schools. We participated to a lot of local and environmental events like the gathering of wastes, bird watching and kayak in the mangroves. Therefore we spent 2 days in Isla Caña with the association Power Pal Pueblo repainting a house and organizing activities with the children. Pedasi is a lovely village where you will be able to find everything you need like a bakery, restaurants, gift shops and a bank. There are also a lot of beaches and beautiful places to see that you can reach with a bike. The biodiversity is amazing: there are monkeys, crabs, fishes and even turtles. We were very lucky to see a Hawksbill Turtle while doing snorkelling in Isla Iguana, an island classified as natural reserve located in front of Pedasi.
